What to Expect at Counselling Sessions?

A first counselling session can be daunting, especially if you are new to counselling in Singapore. Your therapist will endeavour to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They will ask questions at the first session to understand your symptoms and what has brought you to counselling, and identify how best to help you. You are welcome to ask any questions you have during this time and any follow-up therapy sessions.

Our counsellors are experienced with multiple therapies and techniques. Different clients will benefit from different psychological services. Your therapist will develop a course of treatment for you based on the tools most suited to your needs.
